Dr. Timothy Butler is een Senior partner en de directeur van Career Development Programma. Zijn onderzoeksinteresses richten zich op carrière besluitvorming in het algemeen en de relatie tussen persoonlijkheid, structuur en tevredenheid met het werk in het bijzonder. Hij publiceerde artikelen over technische carrièrebeoordeling, psychometrie en kleine groep dynamica in verschillende wetenschappelijke tijdschriften en praktijkgerichte artikelen in tijdschriften zoals Fortune, Fast Company en de Harvard Business Review.

Dr. Tim Butler's onderzoek naar de relatie tussen persoonlijkheid structuur en zakelijke carrière tevredenheid heeft geleid tot een ontwikkeling van drie psychometrische instrumenten, te weten: De Business Carrière Interest Inventory, De Management en Professional Rewards Profiel en het beheer en professionele vaardigheden Profiel.
